Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Chennai Experience: 10+ Years Industry: BFSI Role Type: Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Enterprise Data Strategy Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics and Enterprise Data Strategy Leader with strong expertise in Google Cloud (GCP), BigQuery, PySpark, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Data Architecture. The candidate will lead large-scale data and analytics transformation initiatives, build data-driven strategies, and drive business value across the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience in managing global teams, enterprise data programs, cloud transformation, data governance, advanced analytics, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Define and execute enterprise-wide Data Analytics, BI, and Data Strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead large-scale cloud data transformation initiatives using GCP, BigQuery, and modern data platforms. Drive enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, Big Data, and distributed data processing initiatives. Lead data engineering and analytics teams delivering scalable solutions using PySpark, Python, SQL, and Hive. Establish and implement Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Regulatory Compliance frameworks. Drive enterprise reporting and visualization strategies using Power BI and Tableau. Enable advanced analytics, AI/ML, and emerging GenAI capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes. Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and improve decision-making. Lead global, cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence. Establish data quality standards, KPIs, governance controls, and enterprise data management practices. Ensure data and analytics initiatives comply with BFSI regulatory and business requirements. Drive Agile and modern product delivery methodologies across data and analytics programs. Mandatory Skills Google Cloud Platform (GCP) PySpark BigQuery Data Analytics / Business Intelligence Enterprise Data Strategy Data Architecture Data Engineering / Big Data SQL / Python / Hive Data Governance & Data Quality BFSI Domain Good to Have Power BI / Tableau AI / Machine Learning GenAI Cloud & Analytics Transformation Data Warehousing Agile / Product Delivery Regulatory Compliance Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of overall experience in Data Analytics, BI, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Data Strategy. Strong leadership experience in managing large-scale data and analytics programs. Experience in BFSI is highly preferred. Proven experience working with GCP, BigQuery, and PySpark. Strong experience in stakeholder management and working with senior business/technology leadership. Experience managing global or large cross-functional teams is preferred.
