01Requirements
- 4 years in Retail / eCommerce analytics
- Strong SQL and Python/PySpark skills
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Expertise in retail KPIs, pricing, promotions, and merchandising analytics
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure Databricks / BigQuery preferred)
- Ability to lead teams and communicate insights to leadership
Preferred:
- Experience with personalization or recommendation systems
- Exposure to machine learning in retail
- MBA or equivalent in Analytics/Business preferred
Compensation: Up to 3,000,000.00 per year
