Senior Direct Tax Analyst

Manage international income tax compliance and tax provision process with tax consultants review data provided to and from consultants, coordinate with outside tax service providers and liaise with various internal departments to analyze local GAAP/tax adjustments Review quarterly estimates for all international subsidiaries. Assist with international components of the quarterly and annual worldwide tax provision, including current/deferred taxes, tax account reconciliations, and uncertain tax positions. Perform return-to-provision analysis and reconcile global income tax payable accounts Conduct research and analysis on double-tax treaties, cross-border transactions, and withholding taxes. Support income tax audits by gathering data, preparing documentation, and corresponding with tax authorities Analyze complex tax laws, monitor legislative changes, and model tax-saving strategies or structural changes Assist with transfer pricing study in multiple jurisdictions Assist in maintaining income tax related Sarbanes Oxley 404 documentation Assist in identifying tax opportunities and mitigating tax risks Assist in identifying and implementing tax function process improvements
