01Responsibilities
Establish and govern enterprise architecture strategy across business units and technology portfoliosLead the design of complex enterprise ecosystems and solve high-impact strategic business and technology challengesServe as the final decision-maker for architecture recommendations and technology directionPartner with executive leadership to define future-state architecture and transformation roadmapsDrive architecture governance, engineering excellence, technology standards, and security compliance across the enterpriseResearch emerging technologies and develop strategic recommendations that improve business value and operational efficiencyLead customer and executive stakeholder discussions regarding long-term technology strategy and innovationMentor senior architects and build organizational architecture capabilitiesInfluence enterprise investment decisions, technology rationalization, and platform modernization initiativesComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experienceDeep expertise in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, digital transformation, and architecture governanceBroad knowledge across cloud platforms, AI/ML, data ecosystems, cybersecurity, enterprise integration, and emerging technologiesProven ability to influence executive leadership and drive enterprise-wide technology decisionsProven strategic planning, business architecture, portfolio management, and financial acumenDemonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs and enterprise modernization effortsProven exceptional executive communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to define multi-year architecture roadmaps (1-5 years) and align technology investments with business strategy
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree
