Senior Embedded Trainer (Kochi)

Location: Kochi, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1 Year 04 About the Role IPCS Global Solutions is looking for an experienced and passionate Embedded Systems Trainer to join our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Embedded Systems development, hands-on project experience, and the ability to mentor students and junior trainers while delivering industry-focused technical training. Key Responsibilities - Deliver classroom and hands-on training in Embedded Systems. - Train students on Embedded C, C++, Python, and Microcontroller programming. - Guide students in academic and industrial embedded projects. - Conduct practical sessions on Arduino, PIC, AVR, ARM, and STM32 platforms. - Teach communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN. - Train students on Embedded Linux, RTOS, IoT, and hardware interfacing. - Provide debugging and technical support for hardware and software projects. - Develop training materials, presentations, lab manuals, and technical content. - Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, and industrial training programs. - Mentor junior trainers and support curriculum development. - Travel to colleges and IPCS branches for training and technical sessions when required. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Embedded C, C++, and Python. - Hands-on experience with Arduino, PIC, AVR, ARM, and STM32. - Good understanding of Embedded Linux, RTOS, and IoT. - Experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN). - Knowledge of PCB design, circuit debugging, and embedded hardware. - Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills. Qualifications - B.Tech/B.E. or 3-Year Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related discipline. - Minimum 1 years of experience in Embedded Systems training, development, or project execution. - Relevant Embedded Systems certifications will be an added advantage.
