Operations Excellence Refrigerator test Lab Capabilities (Services) - Evaluate the performance testing results, gather data Prepare and review of the test reports - Hands on experience in testing the refrigerator product testing and sound knowledge of the Standards is desired - Excellent refrigerator testing knowledge, including other similar products - Be able to use the respected test standards and generate test reports - Follow up on all open issues as directed and work to provide the required details from customers - Interface with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with testing and test reports levels. - Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak with clarity in the English language and interface effectively with customers. - Displays commitment to resolve problems and make independent decisions based upon the priority of the problem in routine work process in lab. - Exposure of new upcoming technologies domestic /commercial / industrial refrigerator systems - Tap market potential and stay abreast of all opportunities - Help business stay abreast of market trends and developments technically - Regular interaction with existing and new customers - Increasing market reach by focusing on untapped market with the help of sales and retain existing customers - Ensure quality of service is maintained throughout the certification and inspection process - Responsible for occupational safety and housekeeping - Ensure quotes and commitment dates are and in line with team targets - Assist in conducting audit time to time. Stakeholder Management - Provide technical assistance to clients and manage and resolve customer issues to ensure services delivered result in a high level of customer satisfaction - Coordination with respective regulatory authorities. - Ongoing coordination with support functions Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Experience: - 4 to 6 years of experience, preferably in testing, inspection, and certification services. Out of this, at least 4 years of core Refrigerator Testing experience is essential. - Familiarity with refrigerator manufacturers and customers is desired. - Self-motivated and able to work productively and independently. - Responsible for Refrigerator and WHO-PQS testing. Expertise at: - Refrigerator Performance testing Standards: (IS 17550 Part-1, Part-2 & Part-3, SASO 2892, UAE.S 5010-3, IS 7872: 2020, lS : 11328-, IS 16672. and WHO products /protocol testing is essential. - Standard s Interpretation & Implementation - Hands on Experience in NABL, BIS, SASO Certification - Developing customized test setups Behaviours & Aptitude - Team player - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Solid presentation skills and confidence to deliver message to wide audience. - Strong problem solving and organizational skills. - Open to travel Domestic and International whenever required. - Integrity - Positive outlook - Customer Focused - Must possess market Intelligence - Decisive - Foster Teamwork - Ability to work in ambiguous situations. - Ability to work with other Business Lines and groups within Intertek.
