01Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for institutional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with ApplyBoard teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address partner-specific needs, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate solutions for any operational challenges. CRM Management: Keep detailed records in our CRM system, documenting partner activities and performance data consistently. Relationship Building: Conduct regular check-ins and syncs with the institution's international recruitment and admissions teams to strengthen relationships and align strategies. Workshops and Training Support: Assist in organizing and facilitating monthly conversion workshops and training sessions for top recruitment partners. What you bring to the table: Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
