ERP Development & Integration
Design, develop, and optimize ERP configurations, customizations, and workflows aligned with evolving business needsArchitect and implement scalable NetSuite solutions using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.1)Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Boomi, Celigo, and MuleSoftSystem Administration & Compliance
Manage user roles, permissions, and security configurations within NetSuiteEnsure compliance with standards such as SOX, GAAP, ASC 606, and IFRS 15Document changes and system configurations for audit readiness and internal knowledge sharingProcess Optimization & Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with finance, HR, order management, and supply chain teams to optimize ERP processesTroubleshoot and enhance data flows between NetSuite and external systemsLead integration initiatives and advise on best practices for ERP data integrity and process improvementProject Leadership & Support
Drive ERP implementation and enhancement projects, including upgrades and system performance optimizationMentor junior engineers and conduct ERP user training to support adoptionProvide technical support and resolve system discrepancies in a timely and scalable mannerQuality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
Conduct unit and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new ERP features and customizationsProactively research and resolve system issues to ensure efficiency and reliabilityCustomer Service & Communication
Provide high-quality internal customer service and respond to ERP-related support requestsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and deliver clear communication of ERP processes to technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupport internal and external audits by generating ERP reports and documentationRequired Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of ERP engineering experience, preferably with NetSuiteStrong proficiency in SuiteScript, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS3Experience with ERP integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SQL)Hands-on experience with integration tools (Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, SuiteFlow)Knowledge of ERP compliance standards and role-based access controlSolid understanding of accounting and finance processes in NetSuiteExcellent debugging and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant, Developer)Experience in cloud ERP implementation and migrationsFamiliarity with SaaS and Financial Services environmentsExperience using Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools for ERP reportingSuccess Metrics
