Senior Executive Branding & Marketing

Manage day-to-day marketing operations and ensure timely execution of all deliverables as per briefs Track and monitor multiple ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards Coordinate closely with internal teams and external agencies for the smooth execution of marketing initiatives Work with creative, digital agencies on all marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, mailers, digital assets, AVs, etc.) Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL), including planning, coordination, and reporting Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and brand initiatives Ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery across all vendor engagements Oversee website updates, working with developers/agencies for content changes, enhancements, and issue resolution Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications Support reporting and documentation of marketing activities and campaign performance Requirements MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Visual Communication or related field 25 years of relevant experience in branding/marketing roles Strong experience in working with external agencies and vendors Strong project management and coordination skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with design tools (Canva or similar) and Google Ads for campaign tracking and reporting is an added advantage Preferred: Prior experience in an agency or brand-side role; candidates with financial services exposure will have an added advantage Exposure to digital marketing, website CMS tools, Social media platforms Basic understanding of branding, design, and content workflows Remuneration package will be competitive with industry standards with potential for significant performance-based upside.
