01Overview

You will be working as a Senior Executive, Data Analyst, Purchasing at Kohler. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Implement role-based security and governance standards.- Continuously enhance applications based on user feedback and evolving business needs.- Ensure scalability and maintainability of applications across multiple teams.- Develop Power Automate (Flow) to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.- Configure connectors/triggers for ERP and SharePoint Monitor and troubleshoot automation failures.- Establish proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms to minimize downtime.- Document automation processes for sustainability and knowledge transfer.- Prepare runbooks, SOPs, and technical Ensure compliance with naming conventions and version control.- Maintain a central repository of project documentation for easy access.- Promote best practices in data governance and automation standards.- Support audits and reviews by providing explicit, structured required for this role include:- Ability to work independently.- Outstanding interpersonal skills.- Confident and reliable.- Willingness to multitask and take new Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.Good to have skills:- Experience in SQL, Azure, SharePoint page Exposure to Python and Machine learning.Experience needed for this position is 5 to 7 years.Mandatory Skills:- Power BI- Power apps- Power Automate- Advanced Excel- Data analytics- Dashboards- Data analyst- Reports- Purchase analyticsLocation: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
