The Senior Executive Domestic Tours will be responsible for handling domestic tours inquiries, creating customized travel packages, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic tour package inquiries.
- Design customized travel itineraries across India.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors.
- Process bookings and customer documentation.
- Manage customer relationships from inquiry to trip completion.
- Resolve operational issues and customer concerns.
- Support sales and business development activities.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Indian tourist destinations.
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations and travel itineraries.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Qualification
- Graduate (Tourism preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Domestic Tours.
