- Targeting & Audience Segmentation: Use tools and techniques to create custom audiences and optimize targeting to reach qualified leads.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals to maximize lead conversion.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using KPIs like CPL (Cost per Lead) and conversion rates to measure success
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize lead volume while maintaining quality.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to improve overall performance, optimize creatives, and ad formats.
- Lead Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure lead quality and optimize the lead-to-customer conversion process.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for ongoing campaign improvements.

Requirements
- Deep knowledge of search advertising platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI through search arbitrage techniques.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, bidding strategies, and keyword optimization.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO/SEM tools.
- Skills in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
