Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize lead volume while maintaining quality.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to improve overall performance, optimize creatives, and ad formats.
Lead Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure lead quality and optimize the lead-to-customer conversion process.
Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for ongoing campaign improvements.

Requirements
Deep knowledge of search advertising platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads
Experience managing high-budget campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI through search arbitrage techniques.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO/SEM tools.
