Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality client materials such as teasers, pitch books, information memorandums, and management presentations to effectively communicate transaction opportunities and enhance client engagement.

Qualifications Required
- 12 years of relevant work experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, advisory, consulting, or related roles.
- Prior exposure to Big 4 or reputed professional services firms is preferred.
- Understanding of M&A and joint venture transactions, financial statements and accounting principles, Company Law, and transaction-related regulatory frameworks is desirable.
- Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Well-rounded commercial and economic awareness.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify synergies, risks, and deal opportunities.
