01Overview
Role Objective :
To manage end-to-end servicing of UNO tickets,ensuring timely resolution, high accuracy, and adherence to defined SLAs whilesupporting sales and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle and resolve UNO service tickets end toend within defined TAT/SLA
- Coordinate with dependent functionsto address queries, escalations, and operational issues
- Ensure accurate processing of service requests with minimal rework or errors
- Track, monitor, and follow up on pending and aging tickets
- Escalate critical or SLA-breaching cases to relevant stakeholders promptly
- Maintain service quality, compliance, and documentation standards
- Provide backup support during peak volumes or business exigencies
Key Skills Competencies :
Robust understanding of servicing processes andticketing systems
- Good coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage high volumes under tight timelines
- Problem-solving mindset with ownership and accountability
Educational Qualification :
Graduate in any discipline
Experience :
13 years of experience in operations,servicing, or insurance support role preferred
