Role & responsibilities Strategic Account Management Across the Zone Manage and strengthen relationships with key strategic accounts across the assigned zone, ensuring consistent service delivery and long-term partnerships. Client Retention & Organic Growth Drive customer retention by identifying growth prospects, expanding service offerings, and enhancing client satisfaction. Brand Representation Act as the face of the organization for strategic clients, reinforcing the brand's values and ensuring a superior customer experience. Site Engagement Conduct regular site visits to engage with clients, understand operational challenges, and build stronger stakeholder relationships. Structured Client Reviews Lead periodic business reviews with clients to discuss performance, service metrics, improvement initiatives, and future opportunities. Communication & Issue Resolution Ensure proactive communication with clients, address escalations promptly, and drive timely resolution of concerns through cross-functional coordination. Driving Operational Excellence Collaborate with Operations and support functions to improve service quality, standardize processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver on agreed SLAs.
