Senior Executive - Accounts, Finance & MIS

Key Responsibilities
Accounting/ Transactions
Daily entries of Purchase, Sales, Returns, Expenses, Payments, Receipts
Preparing delivery challans, sales invoices, purchase orders and e-way bills
Maintaining accounts in computer software
Preparing Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Account, and Balance Sheet
Ledger management
Master management (customers/ stores, products, vendors, etc.)
Compliance
Monthly workings and filing for GST, TDS, etc.
Applications for casual GST
Co-coordinating with CA for finalization of accounts and tax returns
Staying updated with current financial regulations and accepted practices
Banking
Follow-up and reconciliation of payables and receivables
Preparing Bank Reconciliation, handling petty cash and doing other banking works
Financial & business analysis
Financial and business analysis (sales, P&L, etc.) and preparing relevant MIS reports. Highlight key gaps/ opportunities and potential intervention required
System inventory tracking and management of finished goods and raw material/ packaging material basis inward/ outward/ transfers
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field (preferred)
3-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion industry in a similar role
Software knowledge in Tally and computer basics
Comfortable with MS Office, especially Advanced Excel (including vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)
Good communication skills .
