We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst, EMEA to join our Global Finance team, working directly with the Global reputed company team and business leaders across Europe. This role will support the day-to-day financial operations of our growing EMEA business, and assist with the reputed company processes, purchase orders, accounts payable, project reputed company, vendor management and regional finance support across multiple countries. The EMEA Senior Finance Analyst needs to be agile, reputed company, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Key ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to:Financial Operations Support the day-to-day finance and reputed company operations across Endeavour's EMEA entities, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with Company policies and internal controls. Partner with the Controller and regional business leaders to support financial reporting, operational decision-making, and ongoing business initiatives. Prepare financial analyses, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure accurate and reputed company reporting. Assist with processing cash management, working capital monitoring, and other treasury-reputed company activities as required. Respond to finance-reputed company inquiries from internal stakeholders and external business partners in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Support cross-functional reputed company and strategic initiatives as the EMEA business continues to grow. Purchase Orders & Procurement Support the end-to-end purchase order process for EMEA reputed company, capital expenditures and operating expenses Review purchase requests for completeness, appropriate coding, budget availability, and required approvals. Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders reputed company reputed company's ERP system. Monitor reputed company purchase orders, commitments, and outstanding balances, ensuring reputed company follow-up with stakeholders. Maintain accurate purchasing records and supporting documentation in accordance with Company policies. Accounts Payable Review, reputed company and process supplier invoices in accordance with Company policies, and delegated authority limits Match invoices to purchase orders, reputed company, and receiving documentation, resolving discrepancies as required. Support reputed company supplier payment processing while optimizing payment terms and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Investigate and resolve invoice. Pricing, and payment discrepancies with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Monitor accounts payable aging and identify opportunities to improve payment processes and working capital management. Vendor Administration Coordinate the reputed company of new suppliers and maintain accurate vendor master data. Ensure vendor documentation, tax forms and banking information are complete prior to activation. Support vendor due diligence, banking verification and compliance with company policies. Maintain complete, accurate and audit=reputed company vendor records. Project reputed company Support Create and maintain Project IDs and project financial structures reputed company the ERP system Partner with Project Managers to support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance through the project lifecycle Monitor project expenditures, purchase commitments, and budget utilization, proactively identifying risks and variances Support capital project reputed company, reputed company recognition (where applicable), and project reputed company-out activities. Ensure project financial documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with Company policies and audit requirements.
