Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations. Conduct variance analysis and investigate significant deviations from budget or forecast. Support the budgeting process, working with various departments to establish financial targets. Analyze profitability by product line, customer segment, and distribution channel. Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting financial reporting. Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and actual results. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and experience with financial software (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools). Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. CFA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
