We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to lead financial governance, controllership, reporting, compliance, and business finance processes across large-scale operations. The ideal candidate should have worked with reputed conglomerates in sectors such as Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, Energy, Ports, Logistics, Metals & Mining, Real Estate, or diversified business groups and possess a strong understanding of project-driven and asset-intensive businesses. /n /n Qualification /n /n
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
/n
- Additional certifications such as CFA or CMA are an added advantage
/n /n /n Desired Candidate Profile /n /n
- CA with 12-18 years of post-qualification experience.
/n
- Proven experience in large conglomerates, EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Energy, Ports, Logistics, Metals & Mining, or Real Estate sectors.
/n
- Robust exposure to financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, treasury, controllership, and compliance.
/n
- Experience managing large-scale projects, asset-heavy businesses, or multi-location operations.
/n
- Sound knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, taxation, and audit practices.
/n
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, financial modeling, and MIS reporting.
/n
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

- Ensuring Review of Financial Statements

- Site co-ordinations and Process alignment
/n
- Ensure adherence to yearly audit planning
/n
- Ensure Board Presentation and Audit Committee meetings
/n
- Regulatory compliance of Related party transactions
/n
- Ensuring end to end migration of newly acquired entity / process
/n
- Acting as technical advisory to FCs / CFOs
/n
- Financial Due Diligence of target entity (Financial analysis part)
/n
- Ensure adherence to Internal Controls processes alignment
/n
- Validation of compliances i.e. XBRL / DPT 3 etc.
/n
- Coordinate understanding business issues, planning cash flow, budgeting & MIS, and training
/n
- Recommend best practices to ensure project timelines, governance & compliance, and promote the company's financial well-being
/n
- Execute strategic key initiatives for overall project
/n
- Validation of Group Guidelines
/n
- End to end co-ordination for annual reports
/n
- Omnibus approvals and limit maintenance for related party transactions

- Ensure CAPEX monitoring and capitalisations review on timely basis
