Job Description

Qualifications Required

- 4 years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Desired Qualifications: - MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA or equivalent qualification. - Hands-on experience in LOB/product reporting, analysis, dashboard creation & storytelling by partnering with Business teams. - Proficiency in financial modeling, template building, and presentation skills. - Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau). - Experience with Essbase, Hyperion, Cognos, SQL, Power Query, Power Apps, and SAS. - Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and technologies in financial analysis, forecasting, or reporting. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Comfortable working in flexible timings to maximize overlap with US counterparts. In addition, you will be expected to manage finance models, develop an understanding of various forecasting tools, and maintain documentation of processes. Your role will also involve experience in Consumer Banking & Lending domain, strategic finance business partnering, performance reporting, headcount analysis, cost optimization, and translating financials and data into actionable insights & dashboards. As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst at Wells Fargo in India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Consumer Banking & Lending Finance team. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, along with executive and business reporting. - Delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, including conducting variance analysis. - Providing insights to business partners on performance drivers and risks. - Preparing and presenting executive-level dashboards, business reviews, and financial summaries. - Translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. - Contributing to finance transformation initiatives through automation, process optimization, and system enhancements. - Driving standardization and scalability of FP&A processes across regions and functions. - Collaborating with global finance teams and functional stakeholders to align financial strategies with business goals. - Offering strategic financial support and insights across Consumer Banking & lending products. - Conducting deep dive analytics, trend analysis, and variance analysis to support business decisions. - Supporting ad hoc business and finance needs within Consumer Banking & Lending functions. - Managing and validating financial models, including documentation, back-testing, and KPI tracking.
