Senior Frontend Developer

Developing and maintaining the complete user interface (GUI) using JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem (React, Redux, ClayUI and related libraries). This includes building interactive user forms, data listings, filters, and other UI components. Integrating these frontend components into the Liferay CE 7.4.x platform. Connecting the entire frontend to our services by working with REST API clients. Our APIs are well-documented with Open API specification to enable seamless integration with our backend systems. Collaborating with the backend team to ensure a smooth user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews. 6-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React framework. Experience with REST APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications. Knowledge of GraphQL is added advantage. Working knowledge of GitOps, including managing infrastructure changes via pull requests. Daily use of Docker for local development with docker compose. Familiarity with Kubernetes from a user perspective. Ability to read and understand Jenkins pipelines. Basic understanding of OpenSearch (Elasticsearch) is a plusyou should be able to query data and troubleshoot errors via the GUI. Experience with Liferay CE 7.4.x and Java is a major advantage. Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
