Senior Full-Stack Developer (Mobile & Web) (Pune)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Docker, microservices, cloud deployment, and modern web/mobile technologies. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web and mobile applications. - Build responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services and APIs. - Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures. - Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment through CI/CD pipelines. - Lead technical decisions on architecture, scalability, performance, and security. - Develop cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. - Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, and cloud services. - Collaborate with product, design, QA, and business stakeholders. - Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish engineering best practices. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production application reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications - 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Experience with mobile development using React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android development. - Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar. - Proven experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs; GraphQL knowledge is a plus. - Solid hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and Docker Compose. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Git, and deployment workflows. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis. - Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, and performance optimization. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Kubernetes, service orchestration, and API gateways. - Familiarity with message queues or event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS. - Experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
