Senior Full Stack Programmer

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with required inline documentation in a TDD environment. - Build and maintain robust, scalable web applications using PHP, Node, & Python with a focus on popular frameworks. - Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs to connect to various services and third-party platforms. - Design, optimize, and maintain high-performance databases using MySQL and MongoDB. - Assist in migrating legacy monolithic applications into a modern Microservices architecture. - Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements using HTML5 and CSS3, with hands-on experience in front-end technologies like React, Angular, Vue, Next, etc. - Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain code within a Git-based version control system integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Required Technical Skills: - PHP Frameworks: Expert proficiency in Laravel is a must; experience with CodeIgniter is highly preferred. - JavaScript Frameworks: Experience in React and Angular. - Database Systems: Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries for MySQL and managing document-based data in MongoDB. - Architecture: Practical understanding of Microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA). - Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (AJAX/JSON). - DevOps & Tools: Hands-on experience with Git (branching/merging) and working within CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions). Soft Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in PHP-centric web development. - Strong ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical team members. - A focus on delivering functional, high-quality code that meets business deadlines. - A proactive approach to debugging and performance optimization. Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent position located in a Hybrid remote setup in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala. The salary range is 421,268.34 - 833,582.41 per year with benefits including health insurance and leave encashment.
