We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React JS and Node JS to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating closely with product managers, architects, QA teams, and other developers.
The candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications, designing REST APIs, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React JS.
Build reusable UI components and implement modern frontend architectures.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
Backend Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node JS.
Build secure and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Optimize application performance and database interactions.
Integrate third-party APIs and external systems.
Database & Cloud
Design and maintain databases using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
Write efficient queries and optimize database performance.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Technical Leadership
Participate in architecture and design discussions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Frontend
Strong expertise in React JS.
JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
Redux, Context API, React Hooks.
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI.
Responsive Web Design.
Backend
Strong hands-on experience with Node JS.
Express JS and API development.
REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
Authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
Databases
MongoDB.
PostgreSQL/MySQL.
Query optimization and performance tuning.
Cloud & DevOps
AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch).
Docker and containerization.
CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of software development experience.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with React JS.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node JS.
Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with GraphQL.
Experience with Serverless Architecture.
Knowledge of Kubernetes.
Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, FinTech, or SaaS domains.
Exposure to AI/ML integrations and modern cloud-native architectures.
