About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience and a strong command of database design and optimization. You will take ownership of both frontend and backend development, with a particular focus on building efficient, scalable, and well-architected data layers using PostgreSQL.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js on the frontendBuild robust, secure, and performant backend services using Node.js (Express/Fastify)Design, model, and optimize complex PostgreSQL database schemas for performance and scalabilityWrite and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and indexesIdentify and resolve database performance bottlenecks (query tuning, indexing strategy, connection pooling)Architect data models that balance normalization, performance, and application needsBuild and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs, ensuring clean integration between frontend and backendConduct code reviews with a focus on code quality, security, and performanceMentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-makingCollaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end featuresTroubleshoot production issues, including database-level performance problemsRequired Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of professional full stack development experienceStrong proficiency in React.js (hooks, performance optimization, component architecture)Solid experience with Node.js for building backend APIsVery strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including:Advanced query writing and optimizationSchema/data modeling for scalabilityIndexing strategies, query plans (EXPLAIN/ANALYZE)Transactions, locking, and concurrency handlingDatabase performance tuning and troubleshootingSolid understanding of REST API design and integrationExperience with Git and collaborative development workflowsStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skillsSoft Skills
