Job Description: Job Title: Senior FullStack Engineer Backend & UI Corporate Title: AVP Location: Pune, India Role Description We are looking for a Senior FullStack Engineer to join our Single Sign On (SSO) Services Engineering team in Pune. This role combines strong backend engineering expertise with modern UI development skills and advanced production support and domain ownership. You will work on highly scalable, securitycritical identity and access management platforms, building and maintaining both backend services and frontend/admin user interfaces that support enterprise authentication and federated identity use cases. In addition to handson fullstack development, you will act as a senior technical escalation point and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for critical components of the SSO ecosystemdriving reliability, usability, and operational excellence across the platform. This is a handson engineering role requiring deep backend expertise, solid UI engineering experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive mindset towards improving system resilience and user experience. Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities FullStack Engineering Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services supporting largescale SSO and identity platforms Design and build responsive, userfriendly web interfaces (admin consoles, dashboards, configuration UIs) for identity and authentication services Develop and maintain REST / API integrations consumed by frontend applications Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend services, and authentication flows Production Support & Domain Ownership Lead investigation and resolution of complex production incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal business impact Perform deep technical analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive longterm corrective actions Act as a technical escalation point (SL3) for SL1 and SL2 support teams Debug and resolve complex issues across UI, APIs, backend services, and distributed systems Identity & Security Work extensively with authentication and federation flows (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML) Ensure frontend and backend implementations adhere to security, compliance, and audit requirements Collaborate with security and IAM stakeholders on platform hardening and secure design Collaboration & Operations Collaborate closely with Engineering, DevOps, UX, and Product teams Analyse logs, metrics, and traces using observability platforms (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.) Support release activities and validate production readiness of new features Maintain and enhance runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational documentation Contribute to automation, tooling, and monitoring improvements to reduce operational overhead Your skills and experience Backend & Platform Strong handson experience in backend development using Java (Python or similar languages is an advantage) Proven experience supporting distributed, highavailability systems in production Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Handson experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerised workloads Strong Linux fundamentals with shell scripting (Bash) and systemlevel debugging skills Frontend / UI Handson experience in UI development using modern frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, or similar) Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript Experience building secure, enterprisegrade web UIs consuming backend APIs Understanding of UI performance, accessibility, and usability considerations Operations & Observability Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, etc.) Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, especially under production pressure General Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Fluent in English Good to Have (SME / Domain Experience) Prior experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for critical platforms or services Deep functional knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) / SSO domains Handson experience with PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS, Keycloak, or similar IAM products Strong practical experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML in enterprise environments Experience leading postincident reviews, operational improvement initiatives, and platform hardening Exposure to security reviews, audits .
