Senior Functional Consultant/ Manager - Oracle Fusion Finance

Hiring: Senior Functional Consultant/Manager Oracle Fusion Finance (Contract) Mode of Work: Hybrid (visit the client office 2 days per month) Billing: INR 10,000/- per day Duration: 3 months We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant/Manager Oracle Fusion Finance to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Finance transformation programs for global enterprises. Experience Required 1620 years of enterprise ERP experience. Deep functional leadership in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA). CM and Tax experience is an added advantage. Experience operating at a program or portfolio level. What We're Looking For Proven track record of leading large, multi-year Oracle Fusion Finance programs for global/Fortune 100 enterprisesfrom business case through stabilization. Full-cycle implementation expertise in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Financials. Experience managing Fortune 100/global ERP estates across 21+ countries and the US, supporting multi-ledger and multi-GAAP environments. Strong hands-on experience with month-end/quarter-end close, accounting controls, reconciliations, and audit support in SOX-compliant environments. Demonstrated leadership in managing onshore/offshore teams, AMS/support models, SLA governance, defect management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Extensive experience partnering with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Operations, Audit, and Compliance teams as a trusted functional advisor. Experience transitioning implementation programs into steady-state operations and AMS while ensuring business continuity and process stability. Hands-on experience with production support, upgrades, quarterly releases, and change management in a cloud ERP landscape. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to influence executive-level decision-making.
