Job Description Senior Graphic Designer Position: Senior Graphic Designer Department: Creative / Design Experience: 35 Years Location: Visakhapatnam Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual communication across digital marketing, branding, social media, advertising, and client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to independently handle projects from concept to final execution. Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and visual designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, and branding projects.Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Create branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, brochures, posters, banners, presentations, and marketing collateral.Understand client briefs and convert ideas into strong, visually appealing designs.Work closely with the Creative, Content, Social Media, Video, and Marketing teams.Review and improve designs created by junior designers while maintaining quality standards.Guide junior graphic designers and provide creative direction when required.Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, layout, colors, and visual style.Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing creatives, AI design tools, and emerging visual styles.Prepare final artwork according to platform, printing, and production specifications.Communicate with clients or internal teams to understand feedback and implement revisions effectively.Required Skills Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.Strong creative thinking and conceptualization skills.Ability to create campaign-based and performance-oriented creatives, not just aesthetically pleasing designs.Good understanding of social media design requirements and digital formats.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to independently take ownership of projects.Preferred Skills Experience in a digital marketing agency,.Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is an added advantage.Familiarity with AI-based creative and design tools.Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media campaigns.Qualification Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.Relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be given higher preference.Performance Expectations Deliver high-quality creative work within agreed timelines.Maintain consistency across client brands.Bring new creative ideas instead of repeatedly using standard templates.Support and mentor junior designers.Take ownership of assigned projects from brief to final delivery.Portfolio Requirement Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, advertising campaigns, and other relevant design work.
