Senior Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

Design and create visual assets including graphics, illustrations, and animations for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Edit and produce videos by cutting footage, adding transitions, visual effects, sound elements, and performing color correction and grading. Collaborate with clients and internal creative teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines. Conceptualize and develop creative ideas that align with brand identity, messaging, and campaign goals. Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all visual content in accordance with brand guidelines and design standards. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, software, and video editing techniques. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative input and visual direction for ongoing and upcoming projects. Conduct research and gather reference materials to support design concepts and visual storytelling. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Strong time management and organizational skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
