Analyze large commercial P&C; claims datasets to identify trends and issuesBuild dashboards and reports using Tableau / Power BI / Qlik ViewPerform root-cause analysis and recommend data-driven improvementsSupport data mapping, migration, ETL, and reconciliation in Guidewire Claim CenterAct as a moderator for Claim Center master data mapping & integrationsCollaborate with IT, data engineering, and business stakeholdersPresent insights clearly to leadership and non-technical audiencesRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years in claims data analysis (insurance / P&C; preferred)Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire Claim CenterExpertise in SQL / PL-SQL / T-SQL and ETL toolsAdvanced Excel (VBA, Power Query)Experience with data visualization toolsSolid understanding of P&C; insurance conceptsNice to Have:Python / SAS, predictive analytics, ML exposureAI tools and automation experience .
