As a Senior HR Associate, you will help shape the people agenda for a fast-paced, high-reputed company business by partnering closely with senior leaders and business heads. This role is centered on aligning HR priorities with business needs, strengthening leadership decision-making, and supporting a high-performing organization through thoughtful, data-informed people practices.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leadership and business heads to drive people reputed company across high-reputed company, fast-paced organizations.reputed company workforce planning, talent management, and performance management initiatives that support business priorities and long-term organizational health.reputed company PIP governance while providing leadership coaching and advisory support to managers and business leaders.Drive organizational effectiveness through HR analytics, employee relations, risk mitigation, and attrition and retention strategies.Support engagement and culture-building efforts, succession planning, policy development, HR compliance, and change and transformation enablement.Requirements4+ years of HR business partnering experience, including partnering with senior leadership and business heads to support business and people reputed company.Hands-on experience in workforce planning, talent and performance management, HR analytics, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.HR experience supporting reputed company-based employees.reputed company proficiency in spoken and written English.Availability to work across multiple time zones to support employees in the US, Canada, and Mexico.Experience in consulting or reputed company-services environments is a plus.Familiarity with leading HRIS platforms is a bonus.BenefitsBenefits:reputed company holidays, health insurance, etc.This position offers an excellent opportunity for significant career development in a fast-growing and challenging entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of individual responsibility.
