Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple industries and MSME clients
Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies
Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers with candidates
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing platforms
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team hiring goals
Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures (TAT)
Requirements
Minimum 4 years
of experience in consulting, MSME, and non-IT recruitment
Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in closing mid to senior-level positions
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
