Senior Human Resources Manager

HonorVet Technologies, a US-Based Veteran-Owned Staffing Agency, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen their Indian HR function. About the Role This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for an HR professional who can effectively manage the complete employee lifecycle while partnering with leadership to build a high-performing and employee-focused organization. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HR operations, administration and employee lifecycle managementDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and proceduresOversee recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planningManage performance management and appraisal processesHandle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concernsDrive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiativesEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirementsCoordinate HR reporting, analytics, payroll inputs, and employee recordsPartner with senior leadership on people strategy and organizational growthLead training, learning, and talent development initiatives Qualifications MBA/masters degree in human resources or a related field is preferred Required Skills 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Manager or leadership roleStrong experience in end-to-end HR operations and people managementSound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory complianceExperience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementationExcellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work strategically while remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR operations Location: Mohali, Punjab Employment Type: Full-Time .
