Resolving Data quality issues, this includes root cause analysis while managing internal and external vendors to resolve Data issues. Support On-call, incident management, problem and change managements. Ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of Data on a real-time basis while implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues. Work closely with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience to enrich the team's capability and work together to provide a high level quality of services on Market Data. L2 Alert Management. Management of alerts that require knowledge for resolutions, creating and/or updating resolutions into knowledge base, run books, scripts and ITRS rules where possible Incident Management. Managing of incident lifecycle from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in the production setting. Change Management. Management of the process of making production changes to the ticker plant like Mandatory updates which includes content, software changes/upgrades that are performed by vendors or internal teams where only checkouts are nece .
