Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Investment Analyst to support strategic investment decisions through deep financial research, market intelligence, and sector analysis.
This role will work closely with senior leadership to identify high-potential investment opportunities, assess risks, and generate actionable insights across emerging sectors such as AI, DeepTech, SaaS, Fintech, Cybersecurity, and Data ecosystems.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with business acumen and has the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives that influence decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Trend Analysis
Track and analyze emerging trends across AI, DeepTech, SaaS, Fintech, Cybersecurity, and Data ecosystemsIdentify macro and micro trends, market shifts, and disruptive innovationsMonitor global and India-specific developments to inform investment strategy2. Company & Sector Analysis
Conduct in-depth research on technology companies (India & global markets), evaluating:Technology readiness and differentiationEnterprise adoption and use casesMarket relevance, scalability, and competitive positioningDevelop investment theses for high-potential companies and sectorsBenchmark companies against peers, market leaders, and emerging challengers3. Investment Research & Financial Analysis
Support investment decisions through:Financial modeling and valuation analysisMarket sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM)Competitive landscape mappingAnalyze capital flows, funding trends, and deal activity across key sectorsEvaluate risk factors, growth potential, and return scenarios4. Ecosystem Engagement & Stakeholder Interaction
Engage with startup founders, CXOs, investors, and industry leaders to understand:Market dynamicsAdoption cyclesProduct-market fitBuild strong relationships within the startup and investment ecosystemRepresent the organization in industry forums, discussions, and knowledge exchanges5. Strategic Initiatives & Global Outreach
Support strategic initiatives, global market expansion, and ecosystem partnershipsContribute to investment pipeline development and opportunity sourcingAssist in evaluating partnerships, collaborations, and new business opportunities6. Deliverables & Insights

Must Have:
810 years of experience in:Research / ConsultingVenture Capital / Private EquityStrategy / Market IntelligenceInvestment AnalysisStrong understanding of technology and business ecosystemsProven experience in market research, company analysis, and strategic insights generationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailAbility to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insightsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentationsComfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, founders, and leadership teamsPay: Up to 2,200,000.00 per year
