Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the integration of cross-functional team efforts to ensure seamless delivery of project objectives.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition, Microsoft Azure Architecture.
Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services.
Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks to support full stack development.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different layers.
Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required. .
