We are seeking Java Developers with 4-6 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be strong in Java, Spring, AWS, and databases, with hands-on experience in SQL query development and optimization. Experience with analytics/reporting tools such as Apache Superset, Claude Code, and the USA healthcare domain is a plus.
Core Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
Develop REST APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.
Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance using indexing and execution plans.
Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
Support analytics, reporting, and data-driven application features.
Leverage AWS services for application development and deployment.
Work with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, and CI/CD tools as required.
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to improve development productivity.
Participate in Agile development, testing, and code reviews.
Required Skills
Strong in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data/JPA, Spring Cloud, Angular/React.
Strong SQL skills with experience in query optimization.
Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Hands-on with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).
Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistant tools.
Experience with Apache Superset or other analytics/reporting tools is a plus.
Familiar with Kafka or RabbitMQ for messaging.
Working knowledge of Docker and CI/CD tools.
USA healthcare domain experience is a plus.
Testing experience with JUnit, Jasmine, and Karma.
Agile mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
Bachelors / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4-6 years of professional experience in Java development.
Strong problem-solving attitude and a passion for learning new tech. .
