01Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance scalable backend services, APIs, and front-end applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Next.js.
Build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs supporting enterprise customer account management and data integration.
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies.
Participate in the complete SDLC, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and code reviews.
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and cloud-native solutions using AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Develop and manage data integrations and ETL processes across distributed enterprise systems.
Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Cloud, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and legacy modernization/cloud migration initiatives.
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to support efficient and reliable software delivery.
Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and implement solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and stability.
Ensure code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
Analyze system performance, scalability, and data integrity across distributed applications.
Mentor and guide engineers across distributed teams and promote effective coding, design, and problem-solving practices.
Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical and performance-related issues.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in architecture, deployment, engineering productivity, and system performance.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for enterprise application modernization.
Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
Strong experience in React and/or Next.js for frontend development.
Experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with ETL, data integration, and enterprise data flows.
Good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, cloud-native architecture, and deployment processes.
Experience with application performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support.
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, and distributed systems.
Experience working across the complete software development lifecycle.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and manage multiple initiatives.
Experience mentoring engineers and working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage. .
