Key Responsibilities Experience in leading design and specification of centrifugal chillers shell-and-tube heat exchangers and associated piping systems in accordance Perform load calculations refrigerant flow modeling and chiller system simulations using tools like TRACE 700 3D Plus HAP or EnergyPlus Develop technical documentation including P IDs piping layouts equipment data sheets valve and control schematics Design for redundancy N 1 2N in accordance with Tier III IV data center standards Coordinate with structural and electrical engineers to ensure compliance with guidelines on pipe supports anchors and expansion joints Integrate chiller plant design with building management systems BMS and energy efficiency control logic Oversee vendor reviews bid evaluations factory acceptance tests FAT and site acceptance tests SAT Provide technical leadership during commissioning and retro-commissioning phases Stay up to date with evolving ASME ANSI and ASHRAE standards and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Thermal Systems Engineering 10 years in HVAC design with at least 5 years specializing in centrifugal chiller systems ASME experiences is good to have Department Energy India Associate Skills Required centrifugal chillers Chillers Data Center Years Of Exp 8 to 12 Years Desirable Skills centrifugal chillers Chillers Data Center Designation Associate .
