Nielsen is looking to hire talented software developer to build world class experiences and services for our customers. Nielsens Audience Measurement Engineering platforms support the measurement of television viewing in more than 30 countries around the world. Ideal candidates will have exceptional skills in programming, testing, debugging, and problem solving as well as effective communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities
- Mentor other engineers, define the technical culture, and help grow the team.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture/design/working software solutions by working with PM, UX designers, and customers.
- Code and test system components; participate in code and design reviews.
- Demonstrate ownership of end-to-end code quality, system tests, functional tests, and integration.
- Partner/Collaborate across teams/roles to deliver results.
- Be responsible for overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
Skills
- Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering or related fields, solid in CS fundamentals.
- 2+ years of agile software development methodology experience
- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node, Experience programming with React Native
- Good communication and collaboration skills with ability to communicate technical concepts
Qualifications
