Senior Loan Processor (REMOTE // MST TIME ZONE)

What You Must Have 3+ years of mortgage processing experience. Minimum 2+ years working at a mortgage broker or in non-delegated correspondent. Experience submitting loans to wholesale lenders. Experience processing purchase transactions. Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo. Strong understanding of TRID and compliance. Ability to manage 20+ active loans. High urgency, strong follow-up discipline, and clean documentation habits. This is a primarily sedentary role requiring extended computer use, clear communication, and detailed document review.
