This is for their Capability Centre/Talent hub in India- Hyderabad this role is key Manager to anchor the Financial Shared Services Scale up for the Capability centre

Role Profile
Strategic TA Leadership:
- Own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the talent hubs Financial Shared Services function in Hyderabad, covering roles across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax and related domains
- Partner with the Head of TA - India and global TA leadership to align hiring strategy with broader GCC and workforce plans
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Finance and business leaders across group companies, translating their talent needs into executable hiring plans
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with multiple group company stakeholders, each with distinct cultures, hiring timelines, and expectations
- Act as the single point of accountability for TA delivery across all Financial Shared Services hiring, ensuring transparent communication, proactive updates, and swift resolution of escalations
Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering a high-performance, candidate-first culture
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans for the team; build capability to handle volume and complexity as the FSS centre scales
- Create an environment of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
Operational Excellence
- Design and own hiring processes, SLAs, and reporting frameworks that bring rigour and predictability to the TA function
- Leverage data and market intelligence to advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies specific to the finance shared services market- and specifically for Hyderabad
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and Employer Branding teams to deliver a compelling candidate and hiring manager experience
Market & Talent Intelligence:
- Build and maintain a strong pulse on the Finance talent landscape in Hyderabad - including competitor activity, emerging talent pools, and market trends
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring Finance roles to reduce time-to-hire and dependency on reactive sourcing
PERSON PROFILE
- 10-15 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with significant exposure to GCC / Shared Services / Finance function hiring in India
- Demonstrated experience managing or influencing TA for Financial Shared Services or Finance & Accounting BPO / GCC environments
- Proven track record of leading small TA teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management- Experience working in or with federated, matrixed, or multi-brand organisations is a strong advantage
- Strong data orientation - able to build and present hiring dashboards, market insights, and pipeline metrics with confidence
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; executive presence with senior business leaders .
