Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

Manage GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and month-end/year-end financial closures. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements. Establish and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and finance processes. Drive ERP/accounting system improvements and automation initiatives. Lead audit management, regulatory filings, and compliance activities. Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Monitor working capital, collections, vendor payments, and cash flow management. Support fundraising, due diligence, banking relationships, and strategic finance initiatives. Drive IPO readiness, SEBI/listing compliance, and corporate governance standards. Collaborate with leadership teams and mentor finance team members.

CA qualification is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and compliance. Experience in finance leadership roles within startups, technology, or fast-growing organizations. Exposure to IPO preparation, listed company compliance, or fundraising activities is highly preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
