Borrowing Capacity (BC) Processing: Accurately assess borrower's borrowing capacity based on financial information and lender guidelines. Loan Analysis: Conduct comprehensive loan analysis to determine loan eligibility and structure. Loan Processing: Manage a high volume of loan applications from start to finish, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. Missing Information Reports (MIR): Efficiently identify and request missing documentation from borrowers, maintaining timely loan progression. System Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in HubSpot and Infinity to manage customer data and loan information effectively. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, providing exceptional customer service. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and closing. Compliance Adherence: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies. Essential

5+ years of experience in loan processing, preferably with experience in handling complex loan applications. Proficiency in using loan processing software (e.g., Mercury Nexus) and online application platforms (e.g., AOL, Loanapp). Comfortable working on Teams the whole shift Key Skills & Qualities: In-depth knowledge of common banking jargon and home loan process Knowledge of Borrowing Capacity and lender policy is important. With technical know-how on documentation requirements in housing loans Accurate and efficient in data entries Coordination skills in dealing with Bank lenders on housing loan processing A plus if with experience in working with Mercury Nexus CRM Proven experience in customer service.
