Experience leading teams of approximately 200 employees, including supervisors, field operations, and backend functions.
Strong understanding of the East India geography and willingness to travel extensively for operational supervision.
Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and presentation preparation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities.
