Job Description Senior Manager, Business Analyst (MFIB) Position: Senior Manager Business Analyst (MFIB) Department: Product & Communication Reporting To Head Product & Communication Location: Mumbai Experience: 24 Years of relevant experience in the Financial Services sector, preferably Microfinance. Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our Product & Communication team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, experience in the financial services industry, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and central functions to analyze customer and transaction data, support product initiatives, and deliver actionable insights. Candidates with experience in Microfinance, NBFCs, Banking, or FinTech organizations will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Business Insights Analyze transaction data, customer behavior, and product performance to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks. Develop, maintain, and present dashboards and MIS reports for senior leadership. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting systems. Generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and management requests. Product Support Assist in designing workflows and data models for product features, campaigns, and process improvements. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business requirements into: Functional Specifications User Stories Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, product changes, and process improvements. Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between business teams and central support functions. Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Sales teams to drive business outcomes. Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans effectively. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
