Team Leadership & MentoringManage, guide, and develop a team of data analysts.Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of analytics outputs.Build analytical capability and structured problem-solving within the team.Portfolio AnalyticsMonitor portfolio performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and performance tracking frameworks.Provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.Bureau Submission & ComplianceOversee accurate and timely bureau data submissions.Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal data quality standards.Coordinate with risk, operations, and IT teams for data validation.Digital & Strategic ProjectsSupport digital transformation initiatives with data insights.Work closely with product and technology teams on analytics requirements.Define KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives.Ad-hoc AnalysisDeliver quick-turnaround analysis for management and business teams.Support decision-making with data-backed insights.Monthly Base GenerationLead monthly data base generation activities.Ensure accuracy, reconciliation, and documentation of datasets.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge in banking and bureau attributesStrong analytical and quantitative skills.Experience in portfolio analytics / credit analytics preferred.Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau or similar).Exposure to bureau reporting and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.Ability to manage stakeholders and handle multiple priorities.Strong communication and presentation skills. .
