Senior Manager, Digital Asset Management

Lead large-scale Brokerage / Wealth Operations (50+ team size) Manage Account Opening, Maintenance, COBAM & Institutional Onboarding Drive operational excellence, governance, and risk management Own financials budgeting, productivity, and cost optimization Collaborate with global stakeholders for delivery and strategy alignment Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs Build and develop high-performing teams
