About Arbour & the Role
Arbour Alternate Advisors Private Limited is a Mumbai-based investment management firm focused on structured real estate credit and high-yield debt strategies, operating in the alternative investments space. We manage institutional-grade investment opportunities delivering superior risk-adjusted returns for a curated base of direct investors spanning HNIs, UHNIs, Single and Multi-Family Offices, and institutional investors.
We are seeking a senior, relationship-driven direct fund raising professional to own Arbours direct investor acquisition and capital mobilisation function. The role demands the commercial instinct of a seasoned fund raiser, the relationship depth of a private banker, and the investment knowledge to engage credibly with sophisticated investors on strategy, risk, and returns. It offers direct access to the Founding team, a meaningful stake in Arbours AUM growth, and the opportunity to build the direct investor acquisition engine from the ground up.

Manage the full acquisition lifecycle initial contact, product presentation, due diligence support, documentation, and capital closure.

C.Family Office Acquisition & Management
Identify and develop relationships with Single and Multi-Family Office principals, investment committees, and advisors across Mumbai and key metros.
Understand each Family Offices mandate, governance structure, risk appetite, and decision-making process; tailor Arbours approach accordingly.
